Booking & prices
When are you open?
Here’s our regular week, straight from the booking calendar. Sound baths, retreat days and other events are on What’s on.
Do I need to book?
Yes, please book in advance. Each session has limited spaces, so booking online makes sure there’s room for you.
How much does it cost?
Prices for every session are on our Sessions & prices page. They come straight from our booking system, so they’re always current. Regulars can save with a membership.
Is the ice bath included?
On one-hour sauna sessions, ice bath access is an optional extra you can add when you book. It’s included in the Friday social sauna, Tired Mums Club and sauna & sound bath sessions.
Can I just use the ice baths?
Yes. Ice Bath Only sessions give you an hour with the ice baths and drench bucket, without sauna access.
Can I change or cancel my booking?
Yes. Use the link in your booking confirmation email to reschedule or cancel.
Do you take cash?
Yes, we can accept cash, but please message us beforehand.
Do you do gift vouchers?
Yes. Buy one online and you’ll get a code to pass on. They enter it when they book.
Your visit
Where are you, and what happens when I arrive?
We’re at Unit 1, Marina Business Park, Lydney GL15 5ET. When you arrive for your time slot, come straight in through the door and we’ll show you round.
Is there parking?
Please park in front of our building, on the road, or at the train station.
Important: please don’t block any roller shutter doors or park outside the other businesses on the estate. They need 24-hour access.
What should I bring?
A towel, a water bottle, swimwear and footwear that can get wet. The garden is gravelled, so flip-flops, sliders or Crocs are ideal. Robes are included on retreat days.
How long can I stay?
One-hour sessions are an hour in the saunas, but you’re welcome to stay on for drinks, snacks and a chill if the centre is open. Friday socials and Tired Mums Club give you three hours.
Is there food and drink?
Yes. Hot drinks including adaptogenic coffees, a sober bar at our Friday socials, and snacks from our food trailer.
What is Men’s Hours?
A sauna session just for the chaps, with the same access as a standard one-hour session. See the timetable for when it runs.
What is Tired Mums Club?
Start the week right: drop the children at school, then have three hours in the saunas, ice baths, hot tub and spa garden, with a hot drink included. Come when you want and stay as long as you like.
Can I book the whole place?
Yes, for groups of up to 12. See private hire.
Health & safety
Do I need experience with saunas or ice baths?
No. Beginners are very welcome, and we’ll guide you if you’re new to contrast therapy.
Is sauna and cold therapy suitable for everyone?
If you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or have any concerns about heat or cold exposure, please check with your healthcare professional before you come.
