One hour with access to all three of our saunas — a wood-fired barrel, an electric cube, and an infrared. Try them all, or pick your favourite and stay put.
Bookable community sauna and contrast therapy in the heart of the Forest of Dean. Sweat, plunge, breathe — and come back to yourself.
Open every Tuesday and Thursday evening, with special events around those days.

One hour with access to all three of our saunas — a wood-fired barrel, an electric cube, and an infrared. Try them all, or pick your favourite and stay put.
Fancy a bit of cold water therapy? Add ice bath access to any sauna booking for just £3. Two tubs running — one at a brisk 10°C, one at a serious 6°C.
Hot drinks available between rounds, including adaptogenic coffees. Grab a friend, take a moment out of life, reset, re-energise and connect.
Twenty minutes in the sauna. Let the heat soften everything — shoulders, jaw, day.
One to three minutes in the ice bath. Sharp inhale, slow exhale. The clarity is the point.
Sit. Wrap up. Let the body settle. This is where the practice actually does its work.
Most folks do two or three full rounds. Listen to your body — there's no medal for finishing fast.
