First time?

Your first visit.

No experience needed. Here’s all you need to bring and know.

  • Swimwear, a towel and a water bottle
  • Footwear that can get wet: the garden is gravelled
  • Arrive on time and come straight in, we’ll show you round
  • Ice bath access is an optional extra on one-hour sessions
  • Stay on afterwards for a hot drink if the centre’s open

The ritual

Heat. Cold. Rest. Repeat.

One hour, four phases. Wear swimwear, bring a towel and a water bottle, and we’ll handle the rest.

i.

Sweat

~ 90°C

Fifteen to twenty minutes in the sauna. Let the heat soften everything: shoulders, jaw, day.

ii.

Plunge

as cold as you dare

One to three minutes in the ice bath, or a drench bucket over the head. Sharp inhale, slow exhale.

iii.

Breathe

wrap up

Sit by the fire or sink into a beanbag. Let your body settle. This is where the practice does its work.

iv.

Repeat

2–3 rounds

Most people do two or three rounds. Listen to your body. There’s no medal for finishing fast.

The first plunge is the hardest. The second one tells you why you’re here.

Ready when you are.

Book online in a couple of minutes. Spaces are limited, so it’s worth booking ahead.
